Having taught locally in the Calder Valley and Brighouse, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. As Head Tutor at Ripponden, she is dedicated to creating enriching educational experiences for all her students.
Emma offers a comprehensive consultancy service to local settings, specialising in marking and feedback, curriculum planning, and cross-curricular literacy. Her commitment to enhancing educational practices ensures that schools and students receive the highest quality support.

Paul Ellis is an experienced secondary school leader and teacher, specialising in English, examinations, Post-16 education, and pastoral management. Paul is deeply passionate about enhancing educational provision and creating opportunities for all students, regardless of their backgrounds.
With a rich teaching history in schools across Leeds and Calderdale, Paul brings extensive expertise and a commitment to excellence in education. He offers consultancy services in Post-16 management, pastoral care, behaviour management, and GCSE English, including teaching, learning, marking, and feedback.

Sarah Manning is a dedicated teacher with extensive experience working in schools across Calderdale. Currently based at Ripponden and Brighouse, Sarah delivers sessions across all key stages, managing communication with new clients and prospective schools.
Sarah is passionate about supporting children through their educational journey. She is actively involved in guiding students through their SATs preparation, KS1/KS2 learning, and 11+ tuition. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Sarah also plays a vital role in supporting our local school partners.
