8. Tracking & Data: We work hard to track and assess our learners in line with their age related outcomes; this is done via spreadsheets, skills audits, and completion of folder work. After our initial assessment has determined the academic strengths and areas for development we work towards delivering and mark regular summative and formative assessments for our students based on their progress with us
